Rain Gardens and Prairie Plants

Learn about rain gardens and prairie plants through a brief presentation by Generation Native Plant Nursery owner, Nichole Good, and librarian Meredith followed by hands-on exploration in the library’s prairie rain garden.

Stay to help us weed and thin plants in the rain garden, then take home some prairie plants for your own garden! (Be sure to bring your own gardening gloves and a trowel.)
