DESCRIPTION:Whether you’re sorry to see summer fade or looking forward to fall, everyone’s invited to the End of Summer Celebration and Open House at the Scandinavia Public Library!\nEnjoy a scoop of ice cream while making a tree-themed craft or two and hear about all the upcoming fun and informative programs we have planned for you!\nWe’ll have a variety of tree-themed activities available for patrons of all ages to enjoy:\n+ Stamper ink coloring sheets\n+ Maple leaf garland\n+ Beaded wire trees (chenille-stem trees for younger kids)\n+ Add your handprint “leaf” to add to our library tree\nYou can also learn more about the services offered at the Scandinavia Public Library, including our ‘Library of Things’.\nThe End of Summer Celebration & Open House will take place from 3:30–5:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 21.\n
